The judge, addressing a novel issue about how the Constitution applies to social media platforms and public officials, found that the president’s Twitter feed is a public forum. Thus, violating the First Amendment.

While it’s a catchy headline, I’d be extra cautious to any brands wanting to dip their toes into the complex world of Reddit.
